I think I messed up my import. How worried should I be?
Take a breath. Start here.
First, take a breath. We’re masters of worrying. The invoice, the deadline, the footnote to the footnote—it comes with the territory. Let us do more of the professional worrying while you run your business. Start with what happened, where the shipment is and any known deadline. You do not need to diagnose the problem before asking for help.
